Reputation on social media – SRI

Using Affinimap©, proprietary technology, AJA conducts research to evaluate reputation on social media.

Affinimas© is an inventive and innovative way to present data, which allows visual analysis of social networks. It combines technology with human brains to answer questions and determine how reputation indicators are performing on social media.

The result is the AJA SMData Report©, an in-depth reputation research on social media networks that are relevant to each corporation. Using well-known reputation indicators, we created SRI – Social Media Reputation Index, that tracks a client’s reputation among targeted audiences and indicates how to manage and reinforce a good reputation.

The combination of technology and human analysis gives a corporation the ability to make information-based decisions on what and how to communicate.
